How much is shipping?

If you live in the US, standard shipping is always on us. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Cost will vary for International orders.

When will I get my art?

It takes 3-4 days to process your order. You will then receive an email confirmation when your item has been shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Transit times will vary depending on your location.

How will my art be packaged?

Small artworks are shipped flat. Medium and large artworks are shipped in a tube.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your artwork ships, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have any questions you can use the Customer Support form or email deependings.official@gmail.com.

Is my package insured?

Yes. On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, just contact Customer Support.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. The Post Office will typically hold larger items in the back for you, just double check with your local office if you are placing an order.

If you'd like to return an item, you may initiate a return within 3 days after delivery for a refund. The item must be shipped back is in its original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in instances where the item arrived damaged).
